The Daviess County Commissioners approved a “builder’s risk” insurance policy to cover the construction of the government center. The insurance on the construction and supplies had been carried by the former general contractor and will end on the official termination date of that contract. The Commissioners also were informed that the purchase agreement for the property at 215 NE 4th is ready to be closed and reviewed
