Vincennes Police Officer Robert Hammond, 37 years old; and his 32 year old wife Kristi were arrested over the weekend.
The couple is charged with Criminal Confinement of a Child and Neglect of a Dependent. Both were booked into the Knox County Jail on Saturday. Kristi Hammond was also charged with Battery.
No other information was released.
