-The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department investigated an abandoned vehicle found in a ditch at 200 North and 500-East at 7:36 on Wednesday morning. The driver of the vehicle was said to have returned and was going to go to the hospital.
-Officers investigated a crash without injuries involving two vehicles. That was reported at 4:30pm on Wednesday at 300-East and US 50.
-City police investigated a breaking and entering on a Southwest 1st Street address late Wednesday morning.
-Employees at a local convenience store reported customers taking some items without paying.
-Washington Police arrested 39-year-old Jose Guerrera Alcantara on Wednesday on a warrant for Failure to Appear for Domestic Battery. Bond wa sposted.
-City Police arrested Greg Finch, 47 of Washington on Wednesday. He was wanted on a Writ of Attachment. Bond was set at $1000
