The Washington City Council meets for the final time of 2019 on Monday night. On the agenda is the final reading of a resolution authoritizing the transfer of funds in the animal department; final reading of an ordinance dedicating part of Techonology Drive and final reading of an ordinance on rezoning an area west of South Street and Southwest 10th.
Monday’s meeting will be the final one for the retiring Mayor Joe Wellman.
