A wrong way driver was arrested Sunday.
Indiana State Police say 41-year-old Joshua Conley of Olney, Illinois was on US 50 driving west in the eastbound lanes at just before 3-am on Sunday morning. He was traveling near Anson Road in Knox County and police stopped him close to Mt. Zion Road.
Conley appeared to be impaired to officers but refused to submit to a chemical test. He was arrested and taken to the Knox County Jail where he was charged with 2 counts of Driving While Intoxicated including with Endangerment.
