-Daviess County Deputies charged 22-year-old Cheyenne S. Stoll of Washington on Tuesday with Operating While Intoxicated with a Controlled Substance.
-37-year-old Kristy L. Beard of Wheatland charged by Daviess County officers with a Felony count of Operating While Intoxicated, and Operating While Intoxicated with Endangerment and OWI including Moderate Bodily Injury. Bond was set at $2500.

-39 year old Mark A Mason II was arrested on a warrant by Washington PD on 7 counts. He was wanted for Criminal Confinement, Intimidation with a Deadly Weapon, Pointing a Firearm at Another, 2 counts of Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury, Criminal Mischief, and Intimidation.
-Washington Police arrested Kevin A. Halter, 33 of Washington on a warrant for a Petition to Revoke a Suspended Sentence for Unlawful Possession of a Syringe and Criminal Confinement.
-Indiana State Police arrested 36-year-old Anthony L. Lengacher of Montgomery on a warrant for Dealing in Meth. Bond was set at $50,000
-38-year-old Bryan E. Reed of Bicknell was jailed on Tuesday on an Out of County warrant. No bond was set at the Daviess County Security Center.
-31-year-old Roger A. Salmon of Washington was jailed on $50,000 bond on a warrant for a Petition to Revoke for Domestic Battery.

-The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department, and Daviess County EMS responded to a 2 car accident reported at 7:27 last night at 1957 West Old US 50 in Washington. Police reports indicate two people were taken to the hospital and one person was taken to the security center.
-There was a report of a reckless driver at US 50 and Troy Road at 6:08 last night. Police reports show the vehicle was stopped by a Daviess County officer. Tests were conducted and one person was taken to the security center.
-Washington Police worked accidents reported just after Noon on Tuesday at Troy Road and Southside Avenue, and also on East National Highway and State Road 57 reported at 6:03 last night.
-There was a bicycle theft reported from a Southwest 2nd Street residence.
