County Commissioner’s President Nathan Gabhart says he doesn’t want zoning, however he would like some more enforcement of county ordinances on unsightly properties.
He says a lot of local neighborhoods are taking pride in their community and are stepping up their clean up and beautification efforts. He says some of those municipalities have been complaining about littered residences close to their town limits….
If a property is found to be in violation of a county ordinance, a citation can be issued which can result in fines that can be in the hundreds of dollars.
