POLICE REPORTS
-A vehicle ran off of the road and into a field on Sunday. There were no injuries. That was reported at just before 3 at 250-North and 200-East.
-There was a minor crash on Sunday at 4:25-pm on State Road 57 South.
-Police worked a hit and run accident involving two vehicles last night on George Street.
-Saturday at 9:14 in the morning, authorities were called to Daviess County Road 250 South and State Road 257. There was a one car crash. The motorists had a mouth injuries.
-There was a car/deer crash at 9:20 Saturday night at 257 and County Road 300-South.
SATURDAY ARRESTS
-Jean W. Amazan, 27, of Huntingburg was arrested on Saturday for Operating While Intoxicated with .08% and with Endangerment. He’s also charged with being a Habitual Traffic Violator.
32-year-old James Comenzind and 25-year-old Justin Mosely both of Washington were jailed Saturday for Battery. That was following an investigation at a Southeast 15th Street residence.
SUNDAY ARRESTS
-Trey A. Hawes of Washington, 24-years-old was arrested on Sunday for Operating While Intoxicated with Greater or Equal to .15% and with a Controlled Substance.
-31-year-old Ashlyn J. Denzler of Washington was jailed on Sunday for Possession of Meth.
-Alan T. Leanord, 44 of Jasper was arrested on a Failure to Appear warrant on Sunday.
-58-year-old Laura J. Smith of Washington was arrested for Possession of Paraphernalia on Sunday. Bond was posted.
