As the City of Washington continues to monitor the COVID-19 virus, officials announced today they will continue taking precautions to protect the health and safety of citizens. Access to the city’s parks has been limited as follows:
Washington’s Longfellow, Southside and Eastside Parks playground equipment, shelter houses, picnic areas, pavilion and bathroom facilities will be off limits (closed) until further notice. All parks may be utilized for walking, running, biking and fishing but with everyone adhering to the social distancing mandated by Governor Holcomb. We would like to remind you that Food Frogger Concessions does remain open.
