Jeffrey W. Trout, 63, of Newberry, passed away at 6:20 p.m. Sunday, April 12, 2020 at Greene County Hospital.
He was born October 5, 1956 in Washington, Indiana to the late Jack and Frances (Strange) Trout.
Jeff enjoyed watching Indiana University basketball and Chicago Cubs baseball. Jeff had a great love for music.
He retired from NSWC Crane after 32 years of employment. He was a member of the Crane Veteran of Foreign War Post 168.
Jeff was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Frances (Strange) Trout and nephew, Benson Trout.
He is survived by his daughters, Jessica Bruner of Bloomfield and Jodi Trout of Newberry; one granddaughter, Amelia Bruner; siblings, Mark (Karla) Trout of Loogootee, Jack (Nancy) Trout of Sellersburg, Jim (Sandy) Trout of Franklin, Kentucky, and Sharon (Dick) Mentzer of Tucson, Arizona; aunt, Camilla Summers; and the mother of his children, Linda Trout.
