In Pike County, a parade of law enforcement, fire and EMS vehicles went by the home of Winslow town icon and retired Town Marshal Steve English. The event created to honor the marshal who has a terminal illness. English watched from his bed out his window as his co-workers, fellow officers and emergency workers went by in their lit up emergency vehicles. For 33 years, English could be seen throughout Winslow patrolling the town and protecting it’s residents before he retired.
