The 4th of July Parade in Vincennes and fireworks have not been cancelled, but in the event they are due to the pandemic, the city is working on Plan-B.
Vincennes Mayor Joe Yochum is working to find a location where residents can stay home and see the fireworks from their own backyards. He says that will allow for social distancing and still give people a chance to celebrate. He says test firing of fireworks from different sites will be taking place over the next couple of weeks to determine a location.
