Indiana State Police report that a Petersburg man is facing a Level 1 Felony Child Molesting Charge. 21-year-old Harley Deweese was arrested after a criminal investigation was launched on May 30th. The alleged incident took place in May at an undisclosed place in Pike County and involves a male under 14 years old. Information gathered resulted in an arrest warrant being served today at Deweese’s home where he was arrested without incident and booked into the Pike County Jail.
