An accidental house fire occurred Saturday afternoon in Evansville. The Evansville Fire Department was called to the scene at 2300 block of Herbert Avenue after the home caught fire. Both residents were able to escape. One resident suffered from severe burns. The department says it took 10 minutes to put out the fire. The fire started in the bedroom near an electrical outlet, where one of the residents was burning incense. The cause of the fire was determined to be accidental.
