Loogootee Police arrested 42 year old Joshua E. Tarr of Shoals on Saturday. Tarr was charged with Operating While Intoxicated with Refusal, and 2 counts of Operating While Intoxicated Involving Endangerment. Tarr was booked into the Martin County Security Center.
