Indiana State Police arrested an Evansville man for driving while impaired with two children in the car.
Joshua Fellers, 26, was stopped Thursday evening in Gibson County by an Indiana State Trooper because he was driving 68 mph in a 55 mph hour zone. Two children, ages 2 and 6, were also in the back seat.
ISP said Fellers displayed signs of impairment and failed field sobriety tests. Fellers was driving on a suspended license and had an active arrest warrant out of Warrick County.
Further investigation revealed Fellers was under the influence of pot and buprenorphine, according to ISP.
Fellers was arrested and taken to the Gibson County Jail. The two children were taken by the Indiana Department of Child Services.
