Bessie M. (Evans) Biggs, 93, Vincennes passed away on September 18, 2020 in Lafayette, Indiana.
She was born July 26, 1927 in Knox Co. Indiana to John and Gladys (Wesley) Evans.
Bessie was a member of the Christian Church and the Home Bureau of Lawrenceville. She enjoyed bowling and had previously worked as a retail clerk in Vincennes.
Surviving are a son Richard L. Biggs of Overland, MO and a son David A. Biggs (Vicki) and three grandchildren Jaime Turner (Jeremy) and Jon Biggs (Lisa) of West Lafayette, IN and Brent (Megan) Biggs of Brookston, IN and 1 great grandchild Grace Biggs of Brookston, IN.
She was proceeded in death by her parents John and Gladys Evans, 3 sisters Genevieve Evans, Thelma Cates and Grace Cooper, 3 brothers Robert, Herbert and Louis and 1 half- brother Howard.
Private graveside services will be held at Memorial Park in Vincennes, IN with the Reverend Mike Francis officiating. Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Bessie Biggs.
