Karen A. Wagler, 72, of Loogootee, passed away Saturday, September 19, 2020 at her home.
She was born March 2, 1948 in Washington, Indiana to Charles Frank and Lillian Alrita (Carrico) Davis.
Karen was a CNA at Loogootee Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center for many years and took pride in taking care of the residents. She loved to spend time with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John D. Wagler Sr.; son, John D. Wagler Jr.; parents, Charles and Lillian Davis; siblings, Scotty Davis, Dwight Davis, Larry Davis, Edward Davis and Mariam Porter.
Karen is survived by her son, William Michael Ross of Lake Panasoffkee, Florida; grandsons, Joseph Ross, Logan Wagler and Benjamin Wagler; siblings, Ronald Davis of Birdseye, Mary Jean Davis, Greg (Debbie) Davis, both of Loogootee, Richard Davis of Washington, Barbara Spurgeon of Loogootee, and Jackie Davis of Bloomington.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 26, 2020 at Blake Funeral Home in Loogootee. Burial will follow in Goodwill Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Friday, September 25, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Blake Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Blake Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
