An Evansville man driving over 90 mph on I-69 in Pike County was arrested on drug charges Wednesday evening.
The Indiana State Police say 18 year old Jacob Hille of Evansville was observed traveling northbound at a high rate of speed and a traffic stop was made. The State Police say that when the trooper approached Hille’s vehicle he detected the odor of burnt marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. A field sobriety test showed that Hille was driving while impaired. Further investigation revealed that Hille was under the influence of marijana and benjodiazepines.
