Temperatures will be “above average” for this time of year today, but that is supposed to change later this week. National Weather Service meteorologists are expecting highs to reach close to 80 today. They also expect similar temperatures all across the state throughout the day today. Meteorologists at the National Weather Service also say there is a good chance for severe weather this afternoon and evening, especially for western Indiana.
