A wanted felon was arrested in Vincennes on Wednesday. The Vincennes Police Department received a tip that there was a wanted felon at 518 E Scott St in Vincennes. Vincennes Police Officers went to the residence to investigate and located the wanted male who was identified as Roy Christian Arroyo-Vale. Arroyo-Vale was found to have an active Level 5 felony warrant out of Daviess County, IN for Criminal Confinement Resulting in Injury, as well as a warrant for Domestic Battery and Possession of Marijuana. He was placed under arrest and was transported to the Daviess County Jail. He is currently being held on a $250,000 cash bond.
