20-year-old Ausencio Lopez Marroquin of Nolesville was arrested early Wednesday morning and charged with Operating While Intoxicated, Operating While Intoxicated with a blood alcohol level greater than or equal to .15%, Operating While Intoxicated with Endangerment, Minor Consuming, Resisting Law Enforcement, Obstruction of Justice, Synthetic Identity Deception, Operating While Never Licensed, False Government Issued ID, and Theft. He was booked into the Daviess County Security Center. No bond was set.
