The latest report from the Indiana Department of Health continues to show an easing of the COVID pandemic in the Daviess and surrounding counties, but new cases continue to be reported.
Daviess County reported two new confirmed cases of COVID-19 on its latest report. Daviess County’s positivity rate has dropped to 1.8%
Knox County also reported two new confirmed cases and a positivity rate of 2.3%.
Martin County had no new cases to report and its positivity rate was 1.2%
Pike County also reported no new cases but had a positivity rate of 2.8%
Greene County reported four new cases of the virus and a positivity rated of 1.9%
Dubois County had nine new COVID cases since the last report. Dubois had the highest positivity rate of area counties with 4.2%
No new deaths related to the COVID pandemic were reported in any of the area counties.
