41-year-old Greg T. Webb of Washington was arrested on Monday on a warrant for Failure to Appear, Possession of Methamphetamine, Operating While Intoxicated with Endangerment, and Operating While Intoxicated with a blood alcohol level greater than or equal to .15%. He was booked into the Daviess County Security Center on a $12,000 bond.
