Flynn Restaurant Group, the largest franchise operator in America, has announced that it has acquired 937 Pizza Hut® and 194 Wendy’s® locations throughout the U.S. from Kansas City-based NPC International.
Some of these locations are here in Indiana.
The company already owns several Applebee’s®, Panera Bread®, Taco Bell® and Arby’s® locations company generates $3.5 billion in sales.
They employ 73,000 people in 44 states.
NPC International declared bankruptcy last year and Fylnn Restaurant Group has now purchases their restaurants and assets. Your local Pizza Hutt in Washington is among the newly acquired restaurants. Fylnn Restaurant group purchased the restaurants for about $801 million.
