Vincennes Mayor Joe Yochum announced Monday that the city has decided to continue the mask mandate in city offices.
He did not indicate when the mandate would end. He also said that those who visit the offices will no longer need to sign in or receive a temperature check.
Washington Mayor David Rhoads recently announced something similar saying that masks must be worn in all city buildings and buses.
The updates come as a result of the state mask mandate that recently shifted to a mask advisory.
