The Hatchet tennis team defeated Forest Park with a score of 5-0. The Lady Hatchets improved to a 10-0 record overall and 5-0 in the conference.
Washington Baseball team traveled to Boonville last night and shut down the Pioneers in five innings 14 to 1. The Hatchets play at Tell City tomorrow night.
The Barr Reeve Baseball team shut out NE Dubois in quick fashion last night 11 to nothing in five innings.
Barr Reeve Softball got the win over NE Dubois 9-4. Karlye and Hannah Graber were on the mound combining for 7 strike outs. Emma Davis and Hannah Graber both had home runs.
North Daviess baseball and softball teams will take on Bloomfield tonight. The North Daviess Softball game against Jasper was cancelled last night.

Chicago also got home runs from Tim Anderson and Yasmani Grandal as the visitors scored four runs in the sixth inning to take control. Elsewhere in the big leagues, the Nationals scored two runs in the bottom of the eighth and won 3-2 over the St. Louis Cardinals. The Chicago Cubs held on to defeat the New York Mets 3-1. The Reds and Diamondbacks were suspended in the eighth inning due to inclement weather. Arizona leads 5-4 and the game will resume Wednesday. In Detroit, the Tigers and Pirates were postponed due to inclement weather. The teams will play a doubleheader Wednesday.
The Indiana Pacers hope to snap a three-game losing streak tonight when they host the Oklahoma City Thunder at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. The Pacers are banged up and will be without center Myles Turner, who is out indefinitely with a right toe injury. All-Star forward Domantas Sabonis will miss the game with a sore lower back, and Jeremy Lamb is questionable with left knee soreness.
