Governor Holcomb is suing the Indiana General Assembly.
It’s over a bill passed by the legislature that he vetoed, but it was later overridden by the Republican super-majority in the statehouse.
The law allows the legislature to call themselves into session if emergency orders issued by the governor need to be discussed.
Holcomb says the state’s constitution only allows him to do that.
