The Invasive Species Awareness Coalition of Dubois County (ISAC), the Daviess-Martin CISMA, and PlayCleanGo® say they are excited to kick off the third annual PlayCleanGo Awareness Week.
It starts tomorrow and runs through the 12th.
It’s a week dedicated to highlighting the importance of stopping the spread of invasive species.
They say there are a couple of things you can do to help.
You can clean your shoes, clothes, packs, and pets before and after exploring trails.
You can also clean your boats, trailers, and off road vehicles after using them on site.
In addition, they recommend buying or collecting firewood where you plan to burn it.
