A Gibson County man was arrested during a traffic stop this week.
On Monday, around 9:05 a.m., a Gibson County Sheriff’s Deputy stopped the driver of a Ford F-150 on US 41 near Oak Street in Fort Branch.
Upon approaching the vehicle he identified the driver as 35-year-old Jerad Sweeney of Fort Branch.
During a roadside investigation, the deputy ran Sweeney through the Indiana BMV and discovered that he was operating his vehicle with a Suspended License on a Prior Conviction.
He was taken into custody and transported to the Gibson County Jail where he was charged with Driving While Suspended with a Prior.
He has since posted a $650 bond.
