The City of Washington will be hosting a public hearing tonight for the proposed city-wide noise ordinance.
The ordinance has been discussed for several weeks and Mayor Dave Rhoads says he hopes officials and citizens come to an agreement tonight…
The current ordinance up for debate features an 85 decibel outside limit and a 35 decibel inside limit.
The Mayor says he would like to see just one outside limit and no inside limit…
The public hearing will be held tonight in the City Council Chambers located at 200 Harned Ave in Washington.
The meeting will begin at 6:30 pm with the City Council meeting to follow.
