A festival honoring Red Skelton is returning to Vincennes for a sixteenth year.
The Red Skelton Festival begins Friday with a performance by Red Skelton impersonator Brian Hoffman.
A parade will take place Sunday. The grand marshal of the parade is Lothian Skelton, Red Skelton’s widow.
