A man from Sullivan County has been arrested for rape.
Police in Shelburn started investigating 44-year-old Ricky Bieber of Shelburn last month after a woman told officers he forced himself on her.
A warrant for Bieber was issued July 29 and he was arrested Monday.
His charges include one count of rape and one count of sexual battery.
