Evansville Police responded to a late night shooting incident on Saturday.
Police say Christopher Outlaw admitted to firing shots at a group of kids because he was tired of them trespassing.
They say Outlaw willingly turned over his gun and was arrested peacefully.
He told police he didn’t know if the kids had any weapons or made any threats, but he did say his wife told him he shouldn’t have fired the gun.
Outlaw is charged with Criminal Recklessness.
