Elnora police arrested 30-year-old Mathew S. Bunch of Washington on Tuesday. Bunch was charged with dealing meth, possession of precursors and maintaining a common nuisance.
Washington Police arrested 52-year-old Richard A. Walton of Washington on Tuesday. He was jailed for being a habitual traffic offender. No bond was set.
