A Johnson County man was arrested during a traffic stop earlier this week.
On Sunday around 5:00 am, Gibson County Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a Silver 2011 Nissan for failing to maintain lane of travel on State Road 165.
Upon approaching the vehicle, the deputy said he detected the odor of alcohol coming 58-year-old Deon Fireline.
Fireline failed sobriety tests and was taken to the Gibson County Jail where he was charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated.
He has since posted a $650 bond.
