39-year-old Kendra Obrien of Carmi, IL was arrested early Tuesday morning on a warrant for Dealing in Methamphetamine, Obstruction of Justice, Battery Against a Public Safety Official, Resisting Law Enforcement, and Criminal Conversion. She was booked into the Daviess County Security Center. No bond was set.
