Friday, Washington Police Officers arrested 45 year old Helga Newton of Evansville on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. Newton was booked into the Daviess County Security Center. Her bond was set at $2,500.
Around midnight Friday night, Daviess County Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of CR 400 N and CR 900 E. Deputies arrested 24 year old Bethany Knepp of Montgomery on a charge of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated. Knepp was booked into the Daviess County Security Center. No Bond was set.
