Radius Indiana has announced that the Indiana Uplands regional development plan is now underway.
The Indiana Uplands “Region on the Rise” plan showcases many of the regional development efforts across the region’s 11 counties since 2012.
The plan also identifies three key strategies to grow area populations and economies.
The three areas are Innovation & Entrepreneurship; Talent Development, Attraction, & Retention; as well as Quality of Place.
The IEDC plans to award funding to several regions in December to fulfill these goals.
Up to $50 million dollars will be awarded to regions supporting these initiatives with grant matching available.
Radius Indiana is a regional economic development partnership representing eight counties in the Indiana Uplands region, which include; Crawford, Daviess, Dubois, Greene, Lawrence, Martin, Orange, and Washington Counties.
