The Daviess County Treasurer’s Office would like to remind all Daviess County residents that fall property taxes will soon be due.
The second installment of taxes will be due on Wednesday, November 10th.
Taxpayers are urged to mail in their payments early as mail deposited late on November 10th may not be post marked until the next day. Payments made after November 10th will incur a penalty which will be determined by the postmark date on the envelope.
Payments can also be made at the Daviess County Treasurer’s Office located inside the Daviess County Government Center at 300 East Hefron Street in Washington. The office is open Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
