The skyline in downtown Evansville has changed in a big way.
Demolition crews imploded the city’s tallest building, the old 420 Main building.
420 Main was built in 1970, and used to be the home of Evansville’s Old National Bank.
After the bank moved out, the building deteriorated and a renovation never took place.
Developers hope to build some new apartments in it’s place.
