Kathleen May, 87, passed away at her Washington residence on November 23, 2021. She was born in Staten Island, New York, December 27, 1933, to Joseph Emerson and Clara Catherine (Thompson) Boroughs. On March 8, 1956, she married Dudley May. He preceded her in death.
Kathleen was a registered nurse who was retired from the Daviess Community Hospital. She was a member of the Washington Assemblies of God Church.
Those who now mourn Kathleen’s passing include: her sons: Lee May of Bloomfield and Vincent May of Washington. Kathleen was blessed with three grandchildren, Lee DeForest Nicholas May, Christine Sharp and Devan May; and two great-grandchildren. She also leaves a brother, Richard Dyson of Columbus.
Kathleen was preceded in death by her husband, Dudley May, and two brothers: Johnny Dyson and Robert Dyson.
A Celebration of Life is planned for Monday, November 29, 2021, 2:00 pm, at the Washington Assemblies of God Church, 320 North Meridian Street, Washington, Indiana. Pastor Michael Anderson will officiate.
The family has planned a private burial service at the Aikman Creek Cemetery.
