Naomi (Summers) Clouse, 85, died December 6, 2021. She was born in Cannelburg on August 4, 1936, to Monte Robert and Mary Magdalene (Wilson) Summers. On September 29, 1956, Naomi married George R. Clouse, Jr. Naomi was a graduate of Montgomery High School and a member of Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church.
Naomi is survived by a son, Jeffrey (Kelly) Clouse; a daughter, Yvonne (Jeff) Aldridge; and a daughter-in-law, Betsy Clouse all of Washington. Naomi was blessed with six grandchildren: Jarit (Jenna) Clouse, Ericka (Brian) Kendall, Aubrey Aldridge, Amanda Aldridge, Corie (Taylor) Chaney, and Connor Clouse. Additionally, there were eight great-grandchildren. Naomi also leaves twin sisters, June Gregory, Washington and Joan Souerdike, Proctorville, Ohio.
Naomi was preceded in death by her parents, husband, George; son, Randy Clouse; and brother Jim Summers.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 am, Friday, December 10, 2021, at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church. Father Paul Ferguson will be the celebrant with Yvonne Evans assisting.
Interment will be in the St. John cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like memorial donations made to Our Lady of Hope, Immaculate Heart of Mary Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration Chapel, 315 NE 3rd Street, Washington, Indiana 47501.
