23-year-old Katlyn Stanley of Washington was arrested Tuesday and charged with Neglect of a Dependent Resulting in Bodily Injury and Neglect of a Dependent with Endangerment. She was booked into the Daviess County Security Center on a $7,500 bond. Bond was posted.
