James “Jim” Michael Nash, 72, of Petersburg, IN passed away December 23 at his home. He was born December 29, 1949 in Washington, IN to James and Dixie (Robling) Nash. He worked for Wyatt Seed Company in Petersburg for nearly his whole life. He loved drinking coffee with his friends around town and taking care of his rabbits.
Jim is survived by his sister, Donna (Charles) Richardson; nephews, Christopher and Eddie Richardson; nieces, Angela Parsons, Rebecca Gray, and Cheryl Richardson; and his beloved dog, Jingles.
He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Mary Gray.
Services for Jim will take place at 1 PM EST on Monday, January 3, at Harris Funeral Home in Petersburg, IN with visitation from 10 AM until service time. Burial will follow at Anderson Chapel in Petersburg. The family has asked that in lieu of flowers please send donations to Harris Funeral Home to assist with burial expenses.
