City and County Officials are working to combat a desperate housing shortage in the area.
A housing project is set to be discussed tonight at 4:30 pm in the City Council Chambers by the Redevelopment Commission.

Mayor Rhoads also noted Daviess County is currently 1,100 units short.
If constructed, the new housing complex would feature 6 buildings housing about 144 units.
The project will cost about $13-$14 million.
Three other housing projects are also currently on the table.
