David Edward Thompson 75, of Bicknell, passed away on Thursday, February 17, 2022.
David was born on April 24, 1946 in Greene County to the late Arlin and Lucille Cullison Thompson.
David was a member of the Worthington First Baptist Church; and the United States Navy. He was a self employed contractor and devoted family man.
David leaves behind to mourn his passing; children; Tina (Fred) Bangerter of Vincennes, Curtis Akers of Washington, Dee Thompson of Odon, Angela (Chad) Barber of N.H., and Sonya (Sara) Thompson of Bicknell; 22 grandchildren; and many, many great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by; wife, Velma Thompson; parents; siblings; Melba Hutchinson, Larry, Bill, and Darrell Thompson and an infant son Edward Earl Thompson and son, Jay Akers.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at Fredrick and Son McClure-Utt, Bicknell Chapel with a service on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. also at the funeral home.
