Police are saying more about a factory accident in Vigo County that left a man dead.
Last Friday a worker got caught in a large roll up industrial door at the Steel Dynamics facility in southern Vigo County.
Jeffery Stewart was crushed when the door rolled up.
When first responders got the door to release Stewart, he was already dead.
The Vigo County sheriff’s office is investigating and says Stewart was likely working on the door when the accident happened.
They don’t suspect foul play.
