Many Duke Energy customers were without power in Vincennes on Monday.
About 4,000 customers were reported to be without electricity from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm.
Duke Energy said the issue was caused by a substation they are currently investigating.
A mobile substation was used to get power restored.
The outage affected several residents, businesses, and stop lights.
