A Mt. Vernon man in jail for beating a puppy is looking at new charges.
The charges stem from an incident with another inmate.
Guards at the jail in Posey County say 32-year-old Robert Wolf choked a man unconscious after a fight over a card game.
Wolf is waiting to serve five years in prison for abusing a puppy.
The new fight means he could serve even more time behind bars.
There’s no word when formal charges will be filed.
